Adele has announced the release of her new album, ’30,’ on November 19th

Adele announced Wednesday that her new album, “30,” will be released on November 19th, six years after her last.

The first single, “Easy on Me,” will be released on Friday.

The British singer, who divorced in 2019, said in a lengthy Instagram post that she’s feeling better after “throwing myself into a maze of absolute mess and inner turmoil.”

“I’m finally ready to release this album,” she wrote.

Her previous two albums, which included massive hits like “Rolling in the Deep” and “Hello,” are among the top 50 best-selling albums in music history.

The album “21” (she names her projects after her age while writing the majority of the music) was released in 2011 and is estimated to have sold 31 million copies worldwide. The album “25” was released in 2015 and has sold 22 million copies.

Adele, or anyone else, will never again achieve those sales figures, thanks to the dominance of streaming services like Spotify.

Nonetheless, she enjoys a level of celebrity that only Taylor Swift can match in the music industry.

She’s also been away from a medium where tastes change from month to month for six years.

Adele recently told Vogue, “there isn’t a bombastic ‘Hello,’ but I don’t want another song like that.” That song catapulted me to a level of fame that I don’t want to experience again.”

She has a 9-year-old son with her ex-husband, Simon Konecki. Adele is now 33 years old.

Adele wrote on Instagram, “I’ve learned a lot of blistering home truths about myself along the way.” “I’ve shed a lot of layers, but I’ve also wrapped myself in new ones.”

I’ve discovered genuinely useful and healthy mentalities to lead with, and I finally feel like I’ve found my feeling again. I’d even go so far as to say I’ve never felt more at peace in my life.”

“Easy on Me” is described by Vogue as a “gut-wrenching plea of a piano ballad.”

“This record is sensitive for me because of how much I love it,” Adele told the magazine. “I always say that ’21’ no longer belongs to me.” Everyone else took it so deeply in their hearts. I’m not giving up on this one.

Adele claims she lives in Los Angeles because she can’t afford to live in London

This is my collection. I want to be able to share myself with everyone, but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to let this one go.”
